Sr.Sales Manager - 10+ Years in FMCG

Job description

A) Supervision for sales & Marketing team :

1. Develop & communicate goals & results to all marketing & sales personal.
2. Develop performance standards.
3. Supervise ongoing employee training
4. Complete & administer a yearly merit review with all analysis reports.
5. Continually build upon personal skills & knowledge.

B) Marketing :

1. Prepare & review marketing plans with employees on regular basis.
2. Review individual department marketing plans weekly/monthly/annually.
3. Review individual departments sales & promotion programs weekly/monthly/annually

C) Profitability & sales :

1. Profitability & sales involves establishment achieving sales & profitability goals. & increasing the market share through regular sales efforts.
2. Establish profit expectations
3. Establish sales goals & develop plans to achieve them

D) Service :

1. Ensure all customers receive continues & efficient service from company.
2. Handle claims & complaints promptly.

E) Reporting :

1. Submit daily, monthly reports & recommendation to the Directors on regular basis.
2. All other duties & responsibilities that would be assigned by the management from time to time

Overall responsible for company’s yearly sales targets & related achievements.
